Wikipedia - NOFV-Oberliga Nord

The NOFV-Oberliga Nord is the fifth tier of the German football league system in the northern states of the former East Germany and West Berlin. It covers the German states of Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and northern Saxony-Anhalt. It is one of fourteen Oberligas in German football. Until the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008 it was the fourth tier of the league system, and until the introduction of the Regionalligas in 1994 the third tier.

Saksamaa Oberliga NOFV Nord on Saksamaa jalgpalliliiga, mis on kuuendimel tasemel Saksamaa jalgpalli liigasüsteemis. Liiga hõlmab klubisid Saksamaa põhjaosast, sealhulgas Brandenburgist, Mecklenburg-Vorpommernist, Saksimaast-Anhaltist ja Saksimaast.

Oberliga NOFV Nord loodi 1994. aastal pärast Ida-Saksamaa jalgpalliliiga laialiminekut. Liiga võitja kvalifitseerub Regionalligasse, neljanda taseme liigasse. Viimase koha saanud meeskonnad langevad Landesligasse, seitsmenda taseme liigasse.

Oberliga NOFV Nord on üks konkurentsivõimelisemaid liigasid Saksamaal. Liigas mängivad mitmed professionaalsed klubid, sealhulgas Energie Cottbus, Hallescher FC ja Chemnitzer FC. Liiga on tuntud ka oma noorte mängijate arendamise poolest.

Mõned Oberliga NOFV Nord'i tuntumad mängijad on Marcel Schmelzer, Karim Bellarabi ja Max Kruse.
